Lose weight it’s easy
Antonio Galata and Agnieszka Tokarz have developped a weight-loss method for foreigners who live in Italy. The goal is to create a fusion between different culinary traditions and assist the end consumers with adopting a healthier and more conscious eating habits.
Weight loss has been linked to concepts such as sacrifice and deprivation, uninspiring dishes and discontent. This is the reason why the major part of the population does not receive expected results. We chose to combine skills and expertise in an innovative approach to losing weight and being fit by eating with taste and without sacrifices.
How can we summarize this new approach?
- The diet is being transformed into a menu that is easy to follow. The menu can contain ready-to-eat meals which are selected and portioned on the basis of individual daily intake.
- We are also ready to provide nutritional support to the canteen to prepare healthy lunch varied by individual nutritional needs.
- It is possible to lose weight by eating with pleasure and by adding more instead of eliminating ingredients, combining the rules of healthy nutrition with the kitchen and taste for health.

First Visit – Dietary Plan
The first visit lasts one hour. The first 30 minutes are devoted to analyzing the state of health with careful focus on medical history; this is followed by a dietary survey that allows us to get the basic information to determine the best solution. In the second half an hour together we will create the first nutritional plan which is subsequently sent via email to the patient.
The plan will include:
- labelled food and indications about ready-to-eat meals
- Recommendations related to food
- Healthy lifestyle tips
- Recommended supplements
We schedule a second meeting to discuss the results and possible changes to a diet usually within two weeks after our first meeting. As a result of this consultation, we will update the menu and send it back via email. From this moment, we will meet every 2/3 weeks to discuss topics related to healthy eating; both practical and theoretical and also how to control weight.
